The worst experience i have never seen at snow flakes resort & spa. There are lots of problems in room, ac, bathroom, room lights & services. They are not interested to resolve that's pblm, lots of improvement need as compared costing, i never booked for snow flakes entire in my life. I had feeling very irritating in that hotesl's room. I give only 0. 5 rating out of 5.

It is an excellent resort perfectly located on the bank of by-as river and few km away from mall road and other tourist attractions. Rooms are big and cosy. Food is excellent and staff is very responsive.
